Why the Mikron "Barn Door Track System."
Retail barn door kits are rated for ~75 lb doors, mount only on solid blocking, and use track hangers that can't adjust once installed. Fine for a kitchen pantry — not fine for a custom-built 140 lb slab hung in a commercial space.
The Mikron system is rated at 125 lb per hanger. Track hangers are independent from the track and can anchor directly on stud or any weight-bearing support — no solid blocking required. Track hanger holes are slotted for adjustment up to 1/8" for proper leveling. An integrated cam in the wheel mount lets you fine-tune door height 0" to ¼" up or down after the door is hung.
Door stops place anywhere along the track. Aluminum parts are anodized. The 80" aluminum track can be cut to size and capped off with included end caps.

Integrated cam adjustment
An integrated cam in the wheel mounts allows simple micro-adjustments to door height after hanging — 0" to ¼" up or down.
Independent track hangers
Hangers are independent from the track — anchor directly on stud or any weight-bearing support. No blocking required.
Slotted for leveling
Track-hanger holes are slotted up to 1/8" — walls are never flat; we planned for that.
Door stops anywhere on track
Two adjustable stops included — place them where your door needs them, not where the kit dictates.
Aluminum, cut to size
Standard 80" aluminum track cuts with basic tools. Rustic black or anodized aluminum finish. Include end caps.
Engineered hangers
Two engineered door hangers with bearing-wheel assembly. Six #10 × 1¼" screws per kit.
